Needs Analysis & Programme Design

Executive Leadership

We design and convene leadership programmes with inspiring leaders and business school experts in our delivery team. Our programmes can include a mix of assessments, workshops, lectures, executive coaching, action learning, experiential learning and international site visits.

Assessments

Individual, Team, Leadership and Organisational Assessments. We will design an assessmentprocess best suited to your needs.

Personality and Behaviour Assessments, with professional accreditation in the administration and application of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and similar tools. We also apply MBTI Step II and related assessment devices as required.

Team building and assessment, with tools such as Belbin Team Roles, and Kolb’s Adult Learning Styles Inventory Leadership development and assessment, including 360-degree feedback, using the Leadership Practices Inventory and other related 360-degree assessment devices as required.

Management Advancement

Our business school accredited programmes for seasoned managers are designed to offer the essential tools and frameworks needed for general management. Taught at MBA-level, modules on this programme may allow for exemption and credits on the MBA degree.

Our programmes can be customised to address specific management development needs within the leadership pipeline. We offer certificated programmes at NQF (or HEQF equivalent) levels 5 to 8.

Short Specialist Courses

We customise and offer a wide array of in-house and open executive learning programmes across the full spectrum of general management and leadership topics.

Our short specialist programmes are typically 3 to 4 days long, and participants can receive a certificate of attendance without having to complete assessed assignments. Alternatively, participants can elect to complete an assignment and receive a certificate of competence, should they receive a pass assessment for their submitted work.
